Highly Cost-Effective Tactical Flight Support Services for a Wide Range of Tactical Training Missions for DoD Agencies and Primes
100% VETERAN OWNED BUSINESS
COMPANY OVERVIEW
Established 2016, Hansen Aerospace, LLC provides highly cost-effective tactical flight support services for a wide range of tactical training exercises for DoD agencies and R&D flight testing for primes.
Our team of 15, flying six aircraft, is small, nimble, and able to meet customer needs quickly and effectively. Ideally suited for ground war-fighter and naval surface warfare missions, radar and air defense tracking exercises, and training scenarios not requiring the full capabilities of expensive 4th and 5th generation fighters. Operating at over 400 knots, our highly maneuverable aircraft are flown by former USAF, USN, and USMC tactical and test pilots who’s sole focus is maximizing warfighter readiness and proficiency through exceptional training.
Unique in the industry, our six, all-composite aircraft exhibit an extremely low radar cross section (RCS), are difficult to acquire, track and engage, emulating advanced maneuvering and emerging stealth aircraft, drones, and offensive unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) from hostile nation states.
For primes, our low RCS aircraft provide demanding targets for radar development programs, testing of laser designators, ISR sensors, antenna systems, and more.

CORE COMPETENCIES
- Army/Navy anti-aircraft artillery and air defense maneuvering targets
- Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) emulations
- Low-level Cruise Missile (CM) target emulations
- Low-level interdiction employing terrain masking
- Air-to-ground and Close Air Support (CAS) profiles
- Low-level tactical, and strategic, air interdiction
- Air-to-air, and red air threat simulations
- Ideally suited for missions not requiring full 4th/5th generation fighter capabilities
- Aerial platform for R&D flight test payloads for Primes and DoD research
- Flight testing of targeting sensors/designators, tracking systems, ISR sensors
- USAF/USN Test Pilot School Qualitative Evaluation (USNTPS QE) flight training

DIFFERENTIATORS
- Very low radar cross-section (RCS) from all-composite & carbon fiber structures
- Ability to emulate low-RCS, UAV, and CM emerging threats from hostile nations
- Low cost structure is an order of magnitude below 4th/5th generation fighters
- TTL-1000 performance:
- Fastest single-engine turboprop in the world with speeds over 400 knots TAS
- Out-turns, out-climbs, and out-accelerates an A-10C by wide margins
- +7g / -5g airframe with 3+ hour endurance at low altitudes
- Operations from civil and military airfields or in-theater roadways
- For USAF and USN Test Pilot School QE flight training
- GL3 wing loading can be changed by nearly 20% at the same weight
- Functions as a wing-loading effects training laboratory
- Only aircraft in the world (we know of) with this unique capability
